Today looked very different from my usual routine.
My body was in pain, my energy was low, and I wasn’t feeling well at all. Instead of pushing myself, I chose something I’m still learning to give myself – rest.
🛏 Honouring My Body
I spent most of the day lying down, allowing my body to slow down and do what it needed.
No guilt.
No forcing.
Just rest.
Sometimes mindfulness is not about how much you do,
but how gently you treat yourself when you can’t do much at all.
📖 Nourishing My Mind Softly
Even though my body was tired, my mind wanted a little light:
- I read some good thoughts
- Listened to a mindfulness podcast
- Revisited the teachings from The Power of Your Subconscious Mind
These small things shifted my inner energy, reminding me again that healing is not only physical – it’s mental, emotional, and spiritual.
💛 Today’s Realisation
Mindfulness is not a straight line.
Some days are full of routine, movement, and discipline.
Other days are quiet, still, and slow.
But both kinds of days matter.
Today taught me that:
- It’s okay to pause
- It’s okay to heal
- It’s okay to do less
- And it’s okay to simply be
The journey continues even on the days when you are resting.
🙏 Gratitude for Day 21
I am grateful for:
- the ability to listen to my body
- the wisdom in slowing down
- the comfort of good words and gentle guidance
- the soothing effect of mindful podcasts
- the healing that happens in silence
Today may not have been active, but it was deeply mindful in its own way.
Day 21 was about acceptance, healing, and trusting that even rest is part of the journey.
