🌿Day 18 of 90-Presence, People & Pure Joy

Today unfolded in the most heart-warming way. It was one of those days where everything aligned beautifully-my routine, my energy, and the people around me.

A Mindful Start

I began my morning by following all my mindfulness practices exactly the way I wanted –

Meditation, Affirmation, Gratitude writing, Mindful breathing

Everything felt perfectly on point, and that calm start set the tone for the whole day.

🌤 Family Time & Picnic Vibes

The rest of the day was filled with togetherness. We went for a lovely family picnic, and the weather felt like a blessing. Sitting with friends, sharing food, laughing, and watching the kids enjoy their play date added so much joy and warmth.

🥗 Mindful Eating

Even during the picnic, I practiced mindful eating-savouring every bite, enjoying the moment, and feeling truly connected with my food and the environment.

💛 Feeling Blessed

What made today special wasn’t just the activities; it was the presence, the peace, and the gratitude that stayed with me throughout. I felt blessed to sit with good friends, to watch the kids laugh, and to simply be in the moment.

🌸 Today’s Learning

Life becomes more beautiful when we slow down, stay present, and appreciate the small joys.

Today reminded me that mindfulness isn’t just a morning practice-it’s a way of living.

🙏 Gratitude

Grateful for:

A peaceful morning Quality family time Friends who feel like blessings Kids’ laughter A heart full of joy

Here’s to many more peaceful, mindful, and beautiful days ahead.

Thank you, Universe. Thank you, Life. 🌿✨

Hi, I'm Anu! Originally from the beautiful hills of Uttarakhand (India), I now call Australia home. Moving countries wasn’t an easy journey – it came with its own set of challenges, goodbyes, and growing pains. But it also opened doors to new opportunities, friendships, and personal transformation. This blog is my little space to reflect, express, and share stories from everyday life — whether it's about adjusting to a new culture, lessons from motherhood, reflections on family back home, or just navigating this ever-changing world as a migrant woman. I believe growth happens when we step out of our comfort zones. And even though I miss my roots deeply, I’ve found joy in creating a new version of "home" here in Australia. When I’m not writing, I love relaxing with a coffee, diving into a good book, or enjoying moments with family and friends. ! Thanks for stopping by – I hope you find something here that resonates with you. Feel free to say hello or share your own story — I'd love to connect! 💛
