Today felt like a gentle reminder of what true alignment looks like. I woke up with a calm mind and a clear intention to honour my routine and I did exactly that.

My morning began beautifully. I completed my full routine, wrote my affirmations, expressed my gratitude, and even did 10 rounds of Surya Namaskar. Moving my body, breathing deeply, and starting my day with purpose truly set the tone for everything that followed.
